Exchanges & Returns


Replacement Policy:


  • The customer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Cardist Store) within seven days from the date of receiving the request, and he is not entitled to replace after the seven days have passed.
  • Upon receipt of an order that contains damage or error after the implementation process, and in the event that you do not wish to replace an order for a product, (Cardist Store) bears all shipping and return costs, and if you wish to replace for any other reason, the customer bears all the costs involved.
  • To replace the product, it is required that the product be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, and has not been exposed to any damage due to the customer, and that the customer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Cardist Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the product to the address (Cardist Store) on his account, whether by shipping or hand-delivered in the city (Riyadh), and the returned products must arrive at (Cardist Store) or delivered to the shipping company within the above-mentioned period.


The customer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:


  • Products whose packaging has been opened, used, benefited from, or benefited from.
  • If the product was manufactured at the customer's request or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the customer.
  • If the product is or includes downloading via the Internet, video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
  • If the product consists of or includes newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.
  • If a defect appears in the product due to the poor possession of the customer.
  • If the product is of the rare category.


Return Policy:


The customer has the right to return the product submitted to him from (Cardist Store) within seven days from the date of receiving the order, and he is not entitled to return the product after the seven days have passed.


Upon receipt of an order that contains damage or an error after the implementation process, and in the event that you do not wish to replace an order for a product, (Cardist Store) bears all shipping and return costs, and if you wish to return for any other reason, the customer bears all the costs involved.

Payment upon receipt fees and shipping fees are not included in the return process and are not returnable due to the deduction of amounts from the shipping and delivery companies.


The process of returning the refund amount to the customer takes a period ranging between 4-14 working days after receiving (Cardist Store) the returned product request.


In the event that the mentioned exchange and return policy is available, the customer has the right to exchange / return the product to the (Cardist Store) with a refund of the amount paid.
